when he established his own firm, Jonathan Band, PLLC, Technology Law and
Policy. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center.

Mr. Parness has been Counsel to Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner since 2001. He is also a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Columbia Law School.
James Callaghan

Mr.Callaghan was appointed Ryan Air Company Secretary in June 2002 and has also served as Head of Regulatory Affairs of Ryanair since May 2000. Prior to joining Ryanair, Mr. Callaghan practiced as a competition lawyer for the Brussels office of Linklaters & Alliance. He is a U.S.-trained lawyer and completed a dual degree in Law and Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.

Randy E. Miller is the founder and president of The World Bureau. He is an international lawyer with 25 years of experience in international business, law, publishing, and government.
Mr. Miller was for 18 years an attorney in the international practice of Hogan & Hartson, Washington, DC's largest and most international law firm. He established and headed the firm's office in Brussels, Belgium from 1990 to 1995, and served as head of the firm's International Group from 1996 to 1998. He specialized in European regulatory and business law, European Union regulation, and U.S. international trade law.
Mr. Miller has been an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center since 2003, teaching courses in international trade law and the World Trade Organization.
